IAS, PCS Training Centre Begins Working at Khalsa College, Prof. Judge, Prof. Sekhon Joins Offices

Centre Will Emerge as Major Institution for Competitive Examination: Mr Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina

The Centre for All India Competitive Examination (CAIC) today swung into working at Khalsa College campus, here today with Professor Paramjit Singh Judge joining office as Chief Coordinator and Dr. Jagrup Singh Sekhon as Coordinator. They joined the offices in presence of Khalsa College Governing Council secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina and Principal Dr. Mehal Singh.

Both, Prof. Judge and Dr. Sekhon have retired from Guru Nanak Dev University and have long experience of heading the IAS Coaching Centre at the varsity. The Centre would offer coaching and training to the students aspiring to compete for the various all India services including Civil Services-IAS, IPS, IFS, PCS, NDA, Banking and other sectors.

Chhina while welcoming them to the office in presence of finance secretary Gunbir Singh and other office bearers of the Council, said that their notable past experience will help the Centre to grow into a major institution, offering best coaching to the IAS aspirants. “We will gain from your experience and in future this will emerge as one of the best IAS Coaching Centre in the days to come”, hoped Chhina.

He said there was a long pending demand from the students to plan such a Centre and they were looking for the experienced persons and search finally zeroed in on Prof. Judge and Dr. Sekhon. He said the Centre to open the new vistas of opportunities for the students to grab top posts in government and outside.

Prof Judge and Dr. Sekhon said they were proud to be associated with 128 years old Khalsa College and will leave no stone unturned to make the Centre one of the best in the region. “We will rope in best brains from all faculties to train students to compete successfully for the top posts in civil and defence services”, said they adding that the registration for admissions have started.
