Amritsar: Khalsa College of Physical Education (KCPE) has introduced a new course PG Diploma in Sports Management from the current academic session. A prominent name in sports education, the college is functioning under the aegis of Khalsa College Charitable Society. The KCPE is the first college in Punjab to introduce this course from the session 2020-21, said Principal Dr. Kanwaljit Singh. He said the course offers many new job avenues open in the field of sports marketing, management, Event Co-ordinator, facilitation Manager, Business Development Co-ordinator, sports team manager, coaches and host of other sports related opportunities.
He thanked honorary secretary, KCCS, RMS Chhina for the for the support and guidance for introducing the new course.
